Responsibilities:
- To handle Project Sales of all electrical accessories in a showroom.
- Job involves extensive field visits & create new customers.
- To achieve the set sales targets given by the Management.
- To do market research & feedback on recent market trends, locating & adding new customers.
- To execute and implement the sales promotion scheme.
- To attend sales queries, follow-ups, gather information about competitors through market surveys, coordinating with various depts., in attending to the customers complaints / after sales service and ensure collection of funds.
- To meet regularly the existing and new building contractors, interior designers, ministries, etc and get orders from them.
- To do timely collection, as it is also the major responsibility of Sales Executive.
- To prepare daily, monthly sales report and submit to the superior.

Specification Summary:Minimum H.S.C having 2 to 3 years experience in accounts. Good communication skills. Age 21 - 25 years.
Responsibilities:

To Maintain Petty Cash Imprest and responsible for its settlement.

To claim for Petty Cash expense reimbursement by tallying the total imprest cash along with bills

To prepare Daily Sales Report Account Summary on daily basis.

To Operate and maintain credit card machine and to report Accounts Department for not functioning or malfunctioning of the machine.

To assist showroom in charge in resolving Non Conformity Report and to ensure proper documentation before stock taking.

Responsible for maintaining and providing timely information to Showroom Incharge, Showroom Manager or Sales Supervisor, CIC, or commercial manager on showrooms outstanding salesman wise and age wise receivables on a weekly basis.

To help and ensure minimum outstanding receivables by keeping accurate record.
